ADMINISTRATION DECEASED ESTATES
Comes into existence when a person dies leaving property or a document which is a will or purports to be a will. Such estate must then be administered and distributed in terms of the deceased’s will or failing a valid will, in terms of the Intestate succession Act 81 of 1987. We render all estate matters from scratch until end and draft comprehensive quality valid wills. We report the deceased estate at Masters Office and responsible for winding it up.
CIVIL LITIGATION
A body of rules that delineate private rights and remedies, and govern
disputes between individuals in such areas as contracts, property and
family law. Everything related to legal issues, statutes and lawsuits that is
not criminal. Our practice area include:
1. Opposed/ unopposed Divorce Magistrate & High Court.

CRIMINAL
The term “criminal law” also encompasses the right of an accused and criminal processes, including arrest, pleas, discovery, pre-trial hearings, trials, evidence & bail application etc. The main purpose of criminal law is to set forth the punishment for criminal offenses. In order to prove any crime, no matter how serious, the prosecutor must prove that the accused committed a criminal act with interest beyond reasonable doubt. Crimes are classified as misdemeanours less serious offenses that are normally punishable by a fine like some traffic violations, petty theft or possession of a small amount of marijuana and more serious offenses that warrant imprisonment of one or more years, such as rape, theft, assault GBH, culpable homicide and murder.
